I bought this Whirlpool to replace a 10 year old
over the oven whirlpool model. This model is easy to use just like the prior model. It was also easy install since it used the same wall bracket as prior model. Took me about an hour and a half to unpack, install, drink a beer and clean up. This model seems to be heat up food super well. Oddly neither Lowes nor Home depot had any over the oven microwaves that weren’t super expensive. Best Busy my surprise had a better selection and matching prices than all the competitors in my city (50 mile radius). Very pleased with my purchase.

Had an 13 year old whirlpool this fit in the same spot perfectly. Only this the function lights is blue instead of green. And wish it was off white color – light almond, custard,I think ‘Bisque’ that is it, same color as old one. Everything else is great. My I made it vent out – working perfectly, used 3 by 10 heating duct for exhaust

Love the fact that the fan turns on when excessive heat is detected. It still startles me for a second. It’s not loud but I’m just not expecting it. Heats quickly. We must have been in the microwave dark ages! What took our old one 35 seconds to heat only takes 25 in the new microwave.
