The Supervisor/Floor Manager did a great service for what I’d previously bought and returned(LG) trash. This Sony is a beast of a TV to say the least, very fine tuned and durable. The picture quality for the price CANNOT BE MATCHED! He assured me that this television was in pristine condition and had excellent picture and it was that and more. I will buy from BestBuy again strictly because that dude took responsibility for his subordinates mistake and did his best to recoup my trust as a customer.
