I’d been on the fence on this one for a while and I’m more than happy with the purchase. It’s lightning fast and is easily the best computer laptop or otherwise I’ve ever owned. Well worth the money and has been able to handle anything I’ve used it for with ease. I set it up with the matching monitor, mouse, and keyboard and run it like a desktop that I can take
With me. I even got some games and gotten back into a long lost hobby. 10/10 I would purchase again and Alienware has earned a customer for life.

Amazing build quality! Feela solid with no flex or creaking. Screen is great and definitely brighter than 300 nits(around 350). Temps are great if you use throttlestop and undervolt. GPU stays below 80C in games. Fans sound great even at full RPMs. I ran timespy and scored 10.5k for the GPU and 9.8k for the CPU, which is very close to a full TGP 3070 system. This unit does have the ability to disable integrated graphics in the bios. Keyboard is amazing to type on and the new RGB LEDs on this unit are much brighter and more vivid than previous gen M15/17s. Im very impressed, even coming from a long history of custom desktops and large desktop replacement laptops.

great laptop for gaming. laptop is very thin but thermals were good. when playing games, fans will ramp up to 100% and it’s very loud. screen is nice. 300 nits of brightness and fast refresh rate at 360hz but could not utilize it fully when playing games because of cpu throttling during high temps. i only get 80-about 110 fps average because of that thermal issues. battery life is not good. ram cannot be upgraded at all because all were soldered to the board. there were 2 nvme ssd slots which were pci-e gen 4. wifi 6e is fast and can be upgraded too in the future. the power brick is nice and slim and small. sadly, returned the laptop and exchange for asus zephyrus g14 because the touchpad is broken. if you plan on buying this laptop, be sure it will be on sale because i can’t justify buying this at full msrp price of $2,139 given there were some issues and limitations.

This is my first ever gaming laptop, and Alienware will probably be the only company I will buy laptops from. Runs super smooth, love the lights on the keyboard and back of the laptop. I have only downloaded one game off of steam so I don’t know how well it will perform with more installments! But if you’re considering a gaming laptop, get this one! (Also the packaging was really good as well, I still have the white Alienware case it comes in because it’s a really nice protective case, and I keep it in there when I am not using it!
– a lot of people don’t know this, I didn’t either. But I love the fact that you can accessorize the backlights on keyboard and back of the laptop(plus the Alien itself, like if you want the backlight to be lit in all blue, you can do that! Or if you want the rainbow effect to move, left, right, flash, wave, etc you can!
-Always keep it charging when you’re playing a game(pretty obvious), because the battery will drain fast without you even noticing,
-and I also noticed when I don’t update the laptop it runs games slower.
– it does have some weight to it(if I dropped the laptop on my foot the pain would probably linger for a few days haha.)

Super powerful! I use it to music production and there’s no problem with the cpu or ram, sometimes I experience lag in the audio but once the “full speed” mode is activated anything happens, fully recommend!!
