This thing is phenomenal! It gets up hard crud on the floors that won’t come off with elbow grease. Just make sure to sweep the floor first because it is not a vacuum!

I originally bought this just to sanitize my kitchen and bathroom tile. While in the kitchen, I took the pad part off to slightly scrub a spot. Well…the brush scrubbed the grout, and OMG! I ended up cleaning all the grout in my kitchen and entry way. I’ll eventually get to the hallway and bathrooms. Best $100 I’ve spent in a long time! Before and after pics attached. I had no idea my kids and husband were this hard on floors!

I hemmed and hawed about buying yet another cleaning appliance, but I am so glad I did! Even with 3 pets in our house, our floors look amazing (for a little while anyway), and I’m so glad my pets don’t have to step on and unwittingly ingest unhealthy cleaning chemicals. I have used it the mop on tile, cement, laminate, and also for spot cleaning on carpet. It wouldn’t work well for an entire room of carpet, but it’s great for little areas here and there. I didn’t think I’d like the scent discs, but I really do. Leaves a nice fresh scent in the room.

I was extremely excited to get this steam mop. Received it pretty fast but upon opening, I realized the water tank had water in it and was emptied out leaving a bit of water still in it. I called best buy right away as I wasn’t even sure it was supposed to have water in it before hand. They sent me a new one overnight got it early the next morning. Opened it up to see once again water in the water tank. Did anyone else have this problem when they opened it? Is it supposed to already have some water in it?? I have to yet use it and I’m not calling a second time. So hopefully this is a regular thing and its supposed to have some water in it? Will update once I use it.
