The hardware is exactly what I needed, but I cannot figure out why the USB ports don’t all work and have had no help from Dell with that problem. Also, there is a steep learning curve when moving up to Windows 11, Microsoft Edge, and the Cloud.

no touch screen but was told it was………
keys are not backlit so need a bright light to see.
Didn’t like the pressure to get the Best Buy service agreement.
computer is ok.

The laptop has proven to be as substantial in all ways that I need the laptop to be used. It fits perfectly in my bookbag, and as a college student it allows me to work freely and easier than my previous laptop. I couldn’t be more grateful that this laptop came when it did!

I bought this primarily to replace my older laptop to rip CDs. This doesn’t have a CD drive. But it does have USB ports. It’s a very basic laptop for 2022. It is not going to survive being tossed and ravaged. It is not going to like running multiple programs at once. And definitely won’t like gaming.
But if you need something that can stream videos/movies. Something to write your paper/resume. Something to connect your old iPod and add freshly ripped CDs. This is a great machine for that.
