Bought 0.9 cu ft (900 watt) and 1.1 cu ft (1000 watt) microwaves for our 2 sons in college- initial impression is that we like them. Got the 900 watt for a dorm room- we think it will fit nicely on a fridge in the dorm. Got the 1000 watt for an off campus apartment for the counter. My kids’ colleges allow microwaves up to 1000 watts. Both have interior lights, both heat up water nicely, but the 900 watt takes a tad longer to get to the same temp as the 1000 watt. 1000 watt is a little bigger (see pic). I think these are good purchases. Will post again if we run into any issues. Fair prices too.
