I purchased an open box which item which arrived intact with all the parts and pieces. It was easy to mount under the TV with the supplied brackets.

It took me roughly 1.5 years to find this speaker as all the other options available wasn’t what i wanted. I didnt want a sepetate speaker for just bass. If you love a bit of bass without extra speakers or just love the feel/sound it is surprisingly packing it. My old speaker never had this amount of punch to it, sound/voice clarity is spot on. The price is great for what you get

Yes for a whole lot more $$$ you can definitely get better sound but I doubt you can get better unless you double the price of this item. JBL is providing great value with this one.

Sound is good at most levels. Seems to fade at high volum, which would be expected from a small speaker. Like the airplay feature to play music to the apeaker from anywhere in the home.one problem was the only one Beat Buy had looked like ot had been opened and resealed. They would mot lnock anything off the proce bit i took it anyway (never again). It was mising a few things lime small parts and the HDMI cable, whick i didnt notice until later. Mow too late to return it. Only thing i wish is that you could add the subwoffer to the Bar 300 but not an option. Ahould have waoted for ths 500 or wven the 1000, with the detachable woreless speakers oh well, i guess lesson learned.
