I purchased this TV (LG – 65″ Class C4 Series OLED evo 4K UHD Smart webOS TV) because it had all of the latest whistles and bells that I needed. The remote is out standing, which has a hub with all of the information needed to include most of the streaming services: Netflix, etc. All you need to do is click on the streaming service and you are there. (As long as you are a subscriber of that service).
My last Smart TV was ancient compared to this TV. Everyone at Best Buy was very helpful in my selection as well as a quick delivery. I cannot find any problems with my selection and would recommend this TV as well as Best Buy for their help and their price.

Best bang for the buck in my opiniin. So far, I’m as impressed as i thought I’d be from comparing so many tv’s for so long on line and then finally going to BestBuy to compare them side by side. I went during the 4th of July sale and the LG C4 and B4 evo ( among other tv’s ) had some great sale prices. I had a number of employees approach my wife and I for help and they were all helpful but not pushy. I asked each one of them questions and they were able to help answer them. Yet, i still had a difficult time making a decision. So many great options. One employee in particular, started talking with me about the finer points and details of each one. I almost bought the Samsung s95c but the 48″ B4 evo was half priced and was too good of a deal to pass up to replace a 14 year old 1080P Sony Bravia, which I had been contemplating replacing for quite a while.

I bought this TV almost two weeks ago and so far, we are loving it. I got tired of waiting for my 14-year-old LG 55-inch LED TV to break and decided to upgrade it anyway to a bigger, better, and newer TV. This is my first OLED TV. I struggled deciding whether I should stick with what has worked or to get to an OLED TV. Seems TV buying has gotten complicated in the last 14 years. Light, no light, viewing angle, burn-in and the list goes on. Well so far, we are amazed. The picture quality is amazing. I am not sure what people are talking about regarding a green tint being visible when viewed from an angle, I have not seen anything like that yet, just a crystal-clear image. The TV has way more features and capabilities than what I will use, like gaming, according to reviews, it gets high scores for that. I know a lot of people complain about LG’s WEBOS and the magic remote, but I do not mind those. Right now, I am using WEBOS and an Amazon 4K Firestick to see which one is better to use. The WEBOS and magic remote seems easier and faster, plus it is one remote. No disappointment or buyer’s remorse yet. Especially when you go from a 2009 TV to a 2024 TV. I skipped several upgrades along the way making this upgrade a night and day difference. Like a lot of people have said, as with most TVs the sound is a little weak. It is not bad for casual TV viewing, but you might be disappointed during movies or when streaming music. I added a Bose Smart Ultra Soundbar, and it really made a difference. Other than that, no complaints. As always, BestBuy made my TV purchase super simple, and Geek Squad did a professional delivery and installation.

With this TV you have several choices but I researched and it paid off in that I believe this OLED turned out to be the best of several very good choices. I had been a SONY customer for many years but this LG is excellent, easy to set up and easy to use as it has several “short cuts” that can be used to get to where you want to be faster. Additionally I had a very good SONY soundbar that was easy to interface with the LG TV. The Geek Squad did an excellent job with installation and set up and had great patience in setting up all of our streaming channels. All in All an excellent choice of product and company to buy from
