During initial setup it froze completely only a few steps into setup. Called Razor support who sent an email with reboot/tech support instructions. Followed their instructions, but computer froze again just one step farther into setup process. Called Razor tech support and they advised to return/replace the computer. Highly disappointing for a $3k machine. It looked good, had a good feel to it, but never got past setup. Might be some glitches with the 2022 models. Buyer beware.
