This item was delivered to me by them. It was suppose to be installed by Best Buy upon opening box all of the right side was badly dented on top right, bottom left corner and middle not so bad. Immediately, called best buy to let them know and they wouldn’t accept a return. Manager said it was our fault for not opening box at location. When do you open a box for any item purchased at store? Like never! Manager had us call Samsung as well, and obviously they couldn’t do anything about it either. SO, had no choice, but to let them install it.. I won’t ever buy an appliance by any sort from best buy, again!. Other then it being damaged, microwave works wonders. I really like the way it works. I especially like the fit choice option. The only thing I didn’t like is that compared to Frigidaire it doesn’t come with preset numbers from 1-6 like Frigidaire has. It also doesn’t come with a owner’s manual to know how to use some of the functions. I had to call Samsung to have them show me how to change clock and use some of the functions and Samsung wont ship you a manual they’ll text it to you to download yourself.

The microwave is great. The installation was frustrating. I am going to tell a secret I wish I knew. The flimsy cheap paper template was of no use because it kept tearing. About 3 hours of frustration later, I thought of an idea. I took a dollar store white foam board and taped what was left of the template and cut the shape out. I then used this board to line up and drill the holes. I really wished we had this idea sooner because we had it up in under a half hour. Do your self a favor and go buy a foam board from the dollar store…

It matches our other appliances so it is fine, but it isn’t anything special. The build quality is fine but the door is a little rattly, or hollow sounding. It lacks quick features like shortcuts in the number pad and there is no night light timer function or auto on/off.

We bought this microwave less than a year ago and the handle to open it broke this morning… the microwave itself works well but this is just strange. You’d think that the piece the needs to be the sturdiest part (and is necessary to open the thing) would last a little longer. Makes me a little worried about how the rest of the parts will hold up

I needed a Microwave so I bought this one because Samsung is a great brand and it’s a trustworthy company. Can’t complain and the price is just right. I’ve bought other products from Samsung and they turn out excellent. Do recommend.
