For people needing basic access to the Internet: Web, email, music, etc., this computer is fine. You are limited to what it already has onboard and what’s available in the Google Play Store and there’s not much space to store items locally but as an Internet-Driven device, it does the trick.

This is my first chrome laptop. The laptop has it’s good features, just a little slow when opening up a new window. Otherwise, it does it’s job for my remote position.

I purchased the Samsung – 15.6 Chromebook at Best buy for my wife. She is pleased with the purchase and we received good and courtesy service at Best Buy when purchasing the product.

I liked the first one I bought, I bought a second one! Very easy to set up and use. Pretty basic laptop, but it certainly meets my needs. The Chrome OS functions especially well. Very good audio and video quality. I have become a loyal Samsung customer and use several of their devices (TV, smartphones, laptops).

Purchased for my grandchild- it’s great. Allows her to do homework, become proficient at typing, and play a couple of educational games. We wanted something that would allow easy parental monitoring, but where she could also enjoy “kids messenger.”
Works well, looks good, no problems!
