My husband and I are very happy with this TV. We were not planning on getting a new TV but our TV suddenly broke and through research we determined that the repair itself would cost more than the TV was worth. We previously had another Samsung TV that was in the $400 range. We discussed that investing in a better TV would be a smart move so we would have the TV for a long time before replacing it. We only had our broken TV for a little over a year. We went into Best Buy not really knowing what TV we wanted. As soon as we walked in we saw the Samsung Frame TV. My older sister has it and I had seen it all over the internet as it seems like every single influencer has it. We looked over all the other TVs in the store and none of them seemed to stand out to us so we decided to take a look at the Frame again. I love art and so I had secretly always wanted this TV, but I never thought my husband would say yes. However, we started to look up reviews for the TV and we were sold on it within a few minutes. We financed the TV by getting the Best Buy credit card and so this made the price doable for us. So far we love it! We had never mounted a TV before but the process was not too difficult after watching a tutorial on it. The image quality is amazing! It is definitely much higher resolution than our previous TV. My husband also thinks that his video games look good on the TV as well. The art mode looks very real as it looks matte and since it is mounted so close to the wall, it really looks like a painting. The sound is good as well. We already had a Samsung sound bar so we hooked it up with no issues and this enhanced the sound quality even further. I would say my only complaint is that if you want a “frame” other than black then you have to buy the bezel separately. For the price of the TV, I was hoping it would come with the bezel color of your choice. However, we plan on purchasing one in the future as it seems to really elevate the look of the TV. Overall, we are pleased with this purchase and have already convinced some family to upgrade their TV to the Frame as well.

This TV looks great and the interface is well done. This is my 3rd experience with Samsung Smart TV and it does not disappoint.
I do have two minor issues with Samsung however, one being the seeming impossibly of obtaining a One Connect media box. Because my contractor lost one I had force them to buy another TV after months of trying to obtain another from Samsung. You can’t buy one and it’s hard to even establish the exact model number of the box. It doesn’t give me hope in having a good costumer service experience if there are any other issues.
Second issues is the limited ability to add your own images to Art mode. These electronic companies act as though you need to all matching brand’s products in order access the full functional capabilities of a product. It really turns me off as a consumer and makes me want to find a brand/ product that is not designed to empty my pockets in order to use it.

The Samsung frame Tv is Great for what it’s meant to be used for. it’s meant to fit your decor while you have a functional tv when needed. im 100% OLED for a home theater room but the frame is the perfect fit when you need to add to another room such as your kitchen to provide entertainment and look great with your kitchen decor. The image quality is no where near say OLED SONY TV but it does have a great 4k picture that’s still nice just not as rich and punchy contrast. once again this tv does exceed in its flush mount design and the art mode actually looks like a picture, so with the frame you get the best of both while you sacrifice image quality but hey you can’t have it all so for the price of this tv go with a QD OLED if you have no intention in making this blend to your decor.

We bought this TV to replace and older TV on a quest to have something that blends into the decor better. The set includes a slim mount kit that keeps it close to the wall, so it really looks like a hung picture. The art mode is cool when its off, but you only really get a few images for free then you have to pay their hefty subscription fee. When its on and in use, the 4K QLED produces stellar image quality. Due to the fact its compatible with the AirPlay protocol and app availability, we pretty much ditched our Apple TV.

Samsung is known for providing the best quality items, and this Samsung Frame TV is a great example.
I am really satisfied with the Picture qulatity, sound, wall mount, easy navigation..
The only downside for this would be the price of the TV and the Frame price as well.
You can get a 65 or 70 inch tv for the price of the frame, however you might notice a slight difference in the quality.
I am satisfied with this purchase and I happy to be a Samsung customer/user.
