Perfect solution to putting our a TV above our fireplace due to the power outlet being farther away from the TV closer to a bookshelf. The only issue we have is universal remote configuration with our sound bar (LG) and apps to our streaming services due to the ones we need are only Apple TV supported.

We love this tv after owning it a month. The picture quality is a big upgrade from our previous tv. We love the pictures. It’s so natural. The interface is fine and the sound quality is fine. Unless you’re a sound fanatic this should work for you. The Sand Gold bezel I got looks so sleek. My only complaint is BestBuy installers no showed our 2-5pm window and called 6:58pm saying they aren’t coming. Well duh!! I payed for expedited shipping for them to put the bezel on only for them to delay a week. So it was a waste of $33 bucks. Live chat transferred me 3 times trying to get a refund on the expedited shipping and finally they said it can’t be refunded. So I cancelled the tv out of frustration and got the tv from a local family owned store who quite surprisingly was the same holiday price, but had a $150 Mastercard rebate along with a free 50” tv. I kept the Bezel with BestBuy. Not worth the hassle of driving back there and buying it somewhere else again. So it all worked out in the end.

Always wanted a Samsung Frame TV and finally bought one. It’s a great TV with or without a frame. I can watch a movie in the daylight or with a light on at night without any glare and the built in apps are great as well. I may buy a slim frame in the future and buy an image for the screen when I’m not watching the TV. It’s slim profile gives it a clean look as well. I am happy and the Bestbuy team (Geek Squad) took care of all my needs and concerns.
