When the delivery guys arrived stated the box was damaged which was noticed on the dock and pointed out to their supervisor before they loaded. So when they got to my house they recommended opening the box which I agreed with. The top of screen was cracked and bottom smashed so they put it back on the truck. So when I called to reschedule my delivery now they’re saying I have to wait another 12 days. Ridiculous. Not sure why a new one can’t get rescheduled sooner. Should have maybe just ordered straight from Samsung. Another customer NO service example.
