Not bad, but not amazing. It’s a decent price and the system would probably sound a whole lot better with the extra speakers that are sold separately.

Same issue as all the other negative reviews. I just bought 2 hours ago and trued multiple cables and troubleshooting.

Sound bar stopped working after initial installation. Best Buy exchanged it and I had to hook it up. It has been working perfectly. I give it a 4 because the first one quit. Best Buy was more help than Samsung

This product was purchased with a new tv, got home installed the product; worked for 3 hours then disconnected; tried to troubleshoot it with videos on YouTube/ the Samsung website. Got fed up and returned product to store. Then decided to purchase product again and have geek squad installe product for me(incase i was doing something wrong) best buy messed up my order and my purchase was canceled only to find out the day of my installation. Ended up going to the store purchasing the product and scheduling again installation. Finally got product installed and it only workded for 2 hours and did then same. Called best buy, their customer service rep. Has to schedule someone to come to my house yet again to trouble shoot product and see if the brand new product needs repair! Unfortunately i am dissatisfied with the product i e purchased and completely dissapointed in the service best buy is making me go threw!! I’ve purchased many things from best buy and never have i ever been in soo much hassle to get a working product!

For the price, a good buy. For a better sound, buy higher end equipment, I bought this for my bedroom as I have surround sound in the living area.
